Did you know that you can change managing agents without affecting your current tenants or lease arrangement.

Switch to us in 4 easy steps

Step 1: Make the call

Simply call our office on 0411311203 or email us at info@fortuneproperties.net.au and we would love to have a chat with you about your investment property.

Step 2: Notify your current agency

You will need to notify your current agent in writing that you would like to transfer your property to us. Often, the period of notice is 30 days to transfer agents, you will need to check your current Managing Agency Agreement. We will supply this letter to you, all you need to do is sign the document and we will do the rest. You will not be obliged to communicate with your current agency.

Step 3: Let us organise everything

After the notice period has lapsed, we will contact the agent, collect the keys, lease agreements, photos, keys, condition reports etc. We will also arrange the transfer of bond.

Step 4: Sit back and relax!

Sit back and relax! We will contact your tenant to advise that we are now the managing agent. We will also transfer the bond and the keys and all documentation.
